• Orders & Customization: All custom surprise packages, corporate gifts, and event souvenirs require accurate details provided by the client. Marvexa Ibex is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect delivery addresses or misspelled custom messages submitted by the buyer.
• Pricing & Availability: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or part thereof) at any time. In the event of stock unavailability for bespoke items, we will notify you promptly to offer a suitable alternative.
• Delivery & Fulfillment: We coordinate local deliveries within Lagos and designated regions from our Sabo hub. Delivery timelines depend on product type (ready-made vs. custom bulk souvenirs) and courier availability.
